This is the first thing that people see when they run the win32 installer or if the click on the OSX xpra app.

It should look better than this. Somewhat related to #1342, #945.

There are also some issues with themes where some of the font and background colours we use become unreadable:

Rather than trying to figure out how to use colours that will agree with the user's theme, I am tempted to just set ALL the colours to the ones we choose and be done with it. (likely to be unpopular - but I don't really have time for this)

And we may want to leave the SSH port blank? (so that ssh configurations with different ports would work through ssh config without needing to be typed in)
