Description
When Attempting to install:
https://www.xpra.org/dists/osx/x86_64/Xpra-x86_64.pkg
The OS displays the error: “Xpra-x86_64.pkg” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
When opening Security and Privacy General tab it shows that "Xpra-x86_64.pkg" was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer.

Please see Safely open apps on your Mac. A right click might be enough, or xattr.
We're not going to pay apple again just for the privilege of them rejecting the application, developing applications for macos is an exercise in time wasting.
