'xpra bug-report' not working on macOS

Description
Running 'xpra bug-report' on macOS 10.15.3 does nothing.
It just sits on the command line, no errors.
Can be stopped with CTRL-C

yes, it was. Sorry, that was stupid.
To my defence I can say that the icon of the bug report tool on macOS is just the folder icon. So it looks unsuspicious in the task bar.

Fair point.
As of r25658 + r25659, most subcommands will use a better default icon in the dock. (this required a macos specific stanza to be added everywhere..)
