I believe this used to work, so it should be fixable.
While acting weird (two maximized windows want to steal each others tab when trying to relocate it within the same window), the process seems to work

Unrelated to the ticket above, those versions seem to be the stable-est ones available. Please try to preserve them upstream. (Or maybe fork-bombing the server fixed everything 😂, idk)
