Replicate with:

  • 2 monitors
  • Open a project in PyCharm, maximize window in one monitor
  • Open a random file
  • Edit > Find > Find in path
  • (Note that the window appears in the middle of the X Server's rectangle, and not in the middle of PyCharm?'s/monitor's rectangle, which is an xpra bug)
  • Search for anything
  • Ignoring the search, try to click/click-select somewhere in the open file

Expected: Find window looses focus (and consequently closes), and caret moves on the open file
Actual: Find window does not loose focus, caret stays on the Find window. May or may not be able to click-select on the open file *without* moving the caret/focus

Mitigated by downgrading r26160.

I just cannot work with ~r26385+, and all of the open bugs. I really hope it's just me / my outdated Xenial server.
Unfortunately, I noticed that 20.04.1 is due late June / early August, which means a long time before updating 😕

Mitigated by downgrading r26160.

Actually, that is not true. Window may close alright, but focus is still within that "destroyed" window (i.e. I am typing in thin air)

Does this also occur with 4.0 stable?
