Description
Using the py2-3.0.12 client, it seems that sometimes, somehow, under some circumstances, windows are set to be always-on-top (no other windows can be raised above them), which I then need to undo manually (but luckily, I have a handy shortcut to undo that).
I only notice it after a long time of switching between windows.

I have seen this one, maybe once or twice...
Without steps to reproduce, there's not much I can do.
