    55r14811 removed the "api-ms-win-*dll" which came from Tortoise Plink, and fixes the pixbuf loader.
    66The latest [http://xpra.org/beta/windows windows beta] upload was made using this mingw build, and it looks good! (still need to fix SIGINT hander?)

     8PS: just how awesome is mingw-w64? the latest update brings python-2.7.13 and zlib 1.2.11!
