Data Flow

This diagram tries to represent the major components and the data flows between them.

It is a very simplified version, and does not take into account:

• proxy servers
• shadow servers
• hardware encoders like nvenc
• multiple simultaneous clients connected (#41)
• clients that connect but do not display anything (xpra info, etc..)
• numerous events and optional data and metadata that flows in both direction
• window refresh, quality and speed tuning
• sound forwarding
• authentication
• many features: clipboard, notification forwarding, bell, cursors, etc
