== Xpra System Tray ==
Xpra forwards windows for remote applications (or desktops), and it does not create any windows of its own so that it can stay out of the way.
Xpra uses a system tray icon with a popup menu to allow you to interact with its settings.

Xpra can also forward the system tray of other applications.

This feature is enabled by default and can be controlled using the {{{--tray=on|off}}} option.

You can also delay the tray, so that it will only show up once a window is actually forwarded, using the {{{--delay-tray}}} command line option.

== Caveats ==

Some desktop environments cripple the system tray api.
