Xpra: Ticket #1598: NVFBC / CUDA improvements
Follow up from #1317 / #365.
Related to #1597.
- generalize the CUDA kernels instead of duplicating the code every time, then we can handle any RGB format we like.
- manage the CUDA buffers better: av-sync probably won't work since we re-use the same buffer..
- handle sub-images?

There is a related problem with debian packaging: latest xpra package now depends on libnvidia-fbc1, which causes glx-alternative-nvidia (and a bunch of other nvidia-related packages) to be installed unconditionally, which can break graphics system if there is no nvidia hardware in the system and alternative is switched by default.
