Xpra: Ticket #49: show version information in about dialog

Would be quite useful, could also show the remote (server) version too.

This would to be placed in a separate file, modified during do-build in a similar way to winswitch's build_info.py

The server version is now shown in the session-info dialog and r365 now records the build information (svn revision, etc) and shows it on the about page.
